TICS In Targoviste

TICS attended the recent Business Innovation Network Conference at the in Valahia University in Targoviste, Romania, on 31 May and 1 June.

Dr. Jon Paragreen presented the EPSRC TransEngery project, as well as the wider Rail Research undertaken at Sheffield.

Dr. Michel Le Lerre then presented an overview of Transport Innovation in the UK, highlighting TICS’s relationship to the Transport Systems Catapult and Intelligent Mobility Research.

BIN has a remit to  connect academia and industry internationally. The next BIN Conference will be in Sheffield on 30 Oct and 1 Nov., when we will look forward to welcoming our colleagues from Targoviste, Porto (Portugal),  Sao Paulo (Brazil), the Silesian University of Technology (Poland), and other institutions.
